Q: My pc crashed and when I accessed my ITUNES account from another pc, none of the songs I had bought are anywhere to be seen. How do I get them back?

The computer/pc which stored all the songs I had bought from the ITUNE store some, crashed a few years back.

Since then, I only accessed my ITUNES account sporadically and, and however hard I tried, I have not managed to find the way which will help me retrieve my song list.  How do I get my songs to show again on my ITUNES account?

The iTunes account is nothing more than the users login details, payment information, and purchase history.

Media is only where the user put it.

Copy the media from the old computer or the backup of the old computer to the new computer.

There is absolutely no logical reason why anyone would expect that media would magically appear on a new computer simply because they signed in with their Apple ID.

A year later... and frankly your response only serves to make you look like that name you called me and a clueless individual that cannot be bothered to read the date stamp on the thread.

If you have an issue.... start your own thread.

If not, stop replying to old, dead threads.  Your opinion frankly does not matter.
