I am a small publication who is looking to expand to the internet. I'm looking for someone who has the know how to convert PDF into iBook note all of my books contain Arabic should this be a problem?

It depends on how much Arabic, because Apple does not accept primarily Arabic books unless they are in epub3 format, so you need to find someone who has the special expertise to do that. In addition, last I heard the iBookstore was not yet accepting Arabic books at all. So you need to check that. Perhaps the contacts at the end of the FAQ would help:

If you are talking about a primarily English book with some Arabic inside it, I think that would not be a problem.

This is not a good place to search for people to do conversion work. Try using google to search for "pdf to epub".
