my I pod will turn on but it will not go to the lock screen it has a itunes symble and a usb cord symble what do i do to fix this
so how do i fix this promblem????? please help me

Connect the iOS device to your computer and restore via iTunes. Place the iOS device in Recovery Modeif necessary to allow the restore.
If recovery mode does not work try DFU mode.
