Problema con preferencias de idioma

We have purchased a MacBook Pro with Retina display. We install Windows 8 and need to use the Spanish language Latin America, but does not allow us to eliminate the option of Spanish (Spain) Apple. I have removed the language preference options, but check back load between the listing. And I had the same problem with another MacBook Air. Is there any way to remove it from the list so it is not an option?
