I pre-ordered an album but I can't find out how to download it :(

I pre-ordered and album and when it came out I didn't have money on my account. About 3 days past and then I put money on my account. But when I went to the album it just says purchased and doesn't let me download it. I've checked the downloads and I have it on automatic downloads but it won't download. Also the link that I received through my gmail doesn't even work. Oh and also I've went to the link for help on pre-ordered albums and it is no help at all.
