On my iPhone it says I need 2update my software & 2visit http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1222. It also says, "This update cannot B installed because it requires at least 3.7 GB of storage. U can make more storage available by deleting items in Usage Settings." But, I'm not sure which items 2delete?
