Q: I am unable to connect to iTunes store.

For the past two days I have been unable to connect to the iTunes from my computer (Windows operating system). I have tried everything. It is allowed by Windows firewall and my internet security program. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it twice. I have internet connection just fine. I can see everything in the store. But when I try to purchase or go to my account, I keep getting the same error "We could not complete you iTunes Store Request. The iTunes Store is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later." I'm very frustrated and can't find any other information out there that would help the situation.
