Does the Macbook Notebook have garageband installed?
I was looking into purchasing a MacBook and I found some nice ones but was wondering if all Macbooks have garageband installed on them?

Which model of Macbook were you looking at? I know that my late 2006 Macbook 2,1 came with iLife preinstalled, but I can't speak for newer models. Not to mention if you are looking to buy used Macbooks that have been user formatted, more often than not they won't have their original bundled programs installed.
However, if the Macbook that you are looking at is compatible with OS X Mavericks, according to Apple, Garageband is free for any computers on Mavericks.
