if your iphone and ipad apple id and passwoods are different how do I make them the same?

I have a new Ipad Mini and just upgraded my iphone to a 5s. Each has a different apple id and password how do I make them the same?

iPad mini (Retina) Wi-Fi, just upgraded to Iphone 5s

On one of the devices, the one you want to make match the other, go to Settings > iTunes & App Store (or Store) > Apple ID > Sign Out. Then back up and enter the correct Apple ID and Sigh In and give the password.
