Setting up my iPad mini today and found it downloaded bbc news twice on my iPhone 5 deleted. I have it on my iPhone but not in my iPad. Unable to download or open it from App Store please can anyone advise me how to reset or how to download. I have tried everything but unable to download or restore.

iPad 2, iOS 7.0.4, iPad mini retina

What happens when you try to open it from the app store ? If it's greyed out then do you have an app age rating set in Settings > General > Restrictions on the iPad (the app is rated 12+) ?
