Q: My Photo Stream on my PC is not syncing

I recently changed the location of My Photo Stream on my PC using the iCloud control panel in Windows. Pictures still sync between my iOS7 devices but after just a few pictures, nothing more syncs back to my PC even though the control panel shoes the feature is turned on and I can see that the exact folder the iCloud control panel references is in fact in existance. 

iPhone 4S, iOS 7.0.4

Try turning off photo stream on your PC, then turn it back on without changing the default location.  Then take a new photo on one of your devices and see if it appears on your PC now.  (I've seen a number of posts indicating that changing the default location isn't working properly for them when using iCloud control panel version 3.)
