When I try to sync my music library to the iPhone, only one song per album syncs on a few of the albums, along with a few organizational issues that were not there before. According to iTunes on the computer, all of the songs are synced properly. On the iPhone however, it only displays one song per album. Anybody know how to fix this?

This bug still exists in 2017! I was happy to finally be able to sync my entire iTunes library (All 138GB) on my brand new 256gb iPhone X via the latest iTunes 12.7.1 and 3 hours later... 1 track per album. Am taking the years-old advice in this thread and from around the web in similar threads, and am syncing in chunks (by genre, actually). It may take me forever, but I'm going to get every last song on my phone if it kills me. Am saving the big two genres for the end. Fingers crossed.
But seriously Apple, fix this thing!
It appears that the solution to this problem was instead of checking the sync "Entire Library" box, I had to put a checkmark next to every single artist to get it to work properly. Hope Apple fixes this with the next update.
I've been having the same problem after I restored my iPhone. It's been nearly 8 months since vaporwave first posted this question and, so far, it hasn't been addressed by Apple in an update. It's sad that we have to find a workaround for this issue, especially because it's not the ideal solution (checking each artist probably means I'll end up with all of their songs, including some that I don't want in my iPhone).
Checking artists individually doesn't work for me; I'm still getting 1 to 3 songs per album, which is ridiculous. Why is Apple starting to do everything wrong, like microsoft?
Having exactly the same issue, select manual sync and select artists iTunes says all in sync with the iPhone but only have 3 or 4 songs per album.
Having exactly the same issues, except on albums that I bought from iTunes. Only one or two songs from each album are syncing, even though it appears as if iTunes is alotting enough space on the iPhone for the entire albums.
This is not solved. It is still doing this for me. I am trying to sync my iPhone with iTunes using wifi connection. It only syncs one song from each album. Even if I select "artist" it does not sync more than one song. How can this be broken for almost 3 years? Is Wifi sync broken for everyone?
Having the same problem! I bought a Mac and and iPhone so I wouldn't have to deal with these issues anymore. Now, it seems even more difficult because I lack the control I need to fix these issues myself :/
