How do I update my recently restored device from iCloud?
My iPad 2 was recently disabled but successfully restored. How do I download my apps and data from iCloud? Right now it looks like a new iPad.

Otherwise you could also manually install your already purchased apps (but not the backed up data) by just downloading them from the app store again. Therefore it is necessary that you are signed in with the same Apple ID (Settings > iTunes & App Stores), then open the App Store App > Updates > Purchased.
