Q: Hey, yesterday I rent a movie on iTunes and it's not working. What shud I do?

I rent movie on iTunes in my iPad 3 and it's not working.

And the movie is not on my iPad anymore cose it's not well.

What that I'm asking is a refund or another movie.

What do you mean your iPad is 'not well' ?

For the rental you can try the 'report a problem' page to contact iTunes Support (we are fellow users here on these forums) : http://reportaproblem.apple.com

If the 'report a problem' link doesn't work then you can try contacting iTunes support via this page : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/- click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption
