Windows 8 iCloud - Unable to activate Photostream

Hi,

Since iCloud 3 update I can no longer activate the photostream. As you can in the screenshot below, the Photostream is disabled and I'm unable to activate it.

I've tried to logout and login but that doesn't work. The same for removing the software and after that reinstalling it.

Does somebody know how to fix this problem?
