My rescue email address is no longer valid and I can't remember my security questions answers. How can I reset my security information

You will need to contact iTunes Support / Apple to get the questions reset.

When they've been reset you can then use the steps half-way down the HT5312 page that you posted from to update your rescue email address for potential future use.

This does NOT work. You click on the link and it does NOTHING. I have tried to log on to my iTunes/Apple ID site. I can get there, but there is no place to edit the rescue email address. Grrrrrrrrr. As much as I love Apple products, this really creates a sore spot with me!!!

You can edit the rescue email address, but only when you know your answers to your questions. Contact Support in your country to get them reset : If you forgot the answers to your Apple ID security questions - Apple Support

have money in my account i forget and when i reset my security questions it says
