How do I cancel an app subscription through my Apple ID ?

I downloaded an app. Wall Street Journal. I autosubscribed not realizing I already have a subscription. I want to cancel my subscription through my Apple ID. Ie I. Don't want to be charged twice. How do I cancel the subscription through I tunes?
