Years ago I used to be an apple fan .. the Apple SE30 being my favourite with the usability vastly superior to the PC . Work then meant I had to use pc's but at last I've been able to get an ipad....
GOD ITS HORRIBLE .. there is NO usability in it.. every few seconds there is a bloody "sign in" to use it from Apple .. it's an utter nightmare.
examples...
a free app from the app store.. well .. no it's not.... there's no QUICK SIMPLE download and install. Sign in.. well 10 mins later you are told there is no app store available try later... .. hang on .. that's ANOTHER 10 mins to waste...
and I was planning on at least 10 apps ... **** I'll be dead before I even get to load the machine with the apps..
Apple support site is totally useless... they don't answer any questions.. ask at the bottom if their information is useful .. you reply no .. and do they ask how they can improve and why it's not helpful?
Where have all the Apple ideas gone?
