My 4S changed my country on iTunes and App store
My 4S changed my country on iTunes and App store. How do I change it back? Is there any way to do it without having to create a new account?

Try going to the bottom of the Featured tab in the App Store app on your phone and tap on your account id, tap on 'View Apple ID' on the popup and log into your account, and then select the Country/Region section and select your country
