i was using pocket life calender and added events into the year 2040 now it has populated the native calender and i can not get rid of them - is there a way to reset my calender ?

i was using pocket life calender and added events into the year 2040 , now i can not delete thoes events in the native calender - is there a way of deleting or reseting the native calender so i can start over with a blank slate ? - thank you
