Monitoring problem with garageband and allen and heath zed

I am using an Allen and Heath Zed 10fx and latest garageband. When playing through an amp model I hear 2 signals... one amp model and one direct signal from my board that completely ruins the vibe of the amp model and is driving me crazy! anyone know how to fix this?
