Is it okay to unplug my cable before 100%? And do I need fullycharge everytime I charge?
Is it actually okay to unplug my cable around 70/80%? Or do I need 100% everytime I charge

You can charge your phone when ever you need to or whenever is convenient. You do not have to charge the battery to 100% every time.
