Q: I've tried to send a gift, yet sent to a email that does not have iTunes account , now it tell her that she has to wait 71days before she can try and download her gift ? iTunes say I could redeem it , yet it says it's been redeemed . How can I refund
Good morning , I've tried to redeem my gift ? Yet told this has already been done.
All I want is to be able to send her the gift to her other email which she has iTunes account I've never had so much trouble trying to gift something . iTunes does not allow me to resend .
She hasn't lost it in spam it's iTunes account she has different email . And it says she has to wait for 71days before she can try to download ?? Can you cancel this gift for me and refund please.
Would like to know how to refund in iTunes , as been unable to. And what other service is out their that I could send gifts with.
