itunes crashed while updating my iphone 4 to os7, now I can't even turn the phone off to try and get itunes to recognise it - it was during 'preparing phone for update' message - help!

same happened with me during upgrading of OS7. I made lot times recovery but failed. in the last I went repairing center and they replaced IC cheap but new fault appeared " no service" There is no service center in KSA.for Apple and diffcult to get also parts. Next time I will not buy Iphone brand due to not having service center
