Preview keeps crashing since I upgraded to Maverick?

I would be concerned too if Preview was quitting unexpectedly. I recommend the follow article for the issue you described:

If the issue persists, you may want to further isolate the issue by testing in a new user. Testing in an alternate user will allow you to determine if the issue is a system-wide issue or an issue specific to your user account:

I am having same issue on MacBook Pro 2.66 GHz OS v10.9 build13A603. Often it is when "save as PDF" is being used from print command in Safari also just trying to print to networked printer. Draging the PDF to the printers Dock icon is a work around.
