my charger has a shortage and I just got my phone?

I haven't even had my phone for a MONTH yet and it already has a shortage? this is unbelievable. I seem to ALWAYS have issues with Apple Chargers. I can't afford a new one at the moment, is there any way they could send me a new one? I mean it only seems fair.

iPhone 5c, iOS 7.0.4, Charger

If it is the charger and cable that came with the iPhone and your iPhone still is under waranty, then you should go to an Apple Store to get it replaced for free.

I don´t think they will send one for free home to you without you turning your broken charger in first. But try call Apple Care if you don´t live near an Apple Store.
