Q: I am resubmitting an iBook.

I am resubmitting an iBook after resolving a few formatting issues. In Delivery in iTunes Producer I keep receiving "You have unsaved changes to Aztecs-1.itmsp." You should save prior to delivering. Is this to do with Publication & Assets? I've gone back and looked over my resubmission and can't see where I am going wrong. Any ideas how to solve this?

MacBook (13-inch Mid 2010), Mac OS X (10.7.5)

    Did you actually deliver the book and get a ticket to correct errors?

     

    Make sure you have saved any rework you did with the book and sample if you used on. Re export both.

    If the book is in review and ticketed,  Use  the same .itmsp file and start the delivery process.

    Make sure you fill in  all the required information and upload the new version  of your book and sample.

     

    I had a similar problem and it turned out to be connected with a video file....but mine was before Apple decided to "optimise"  videos files.
