Waves Tune 9 won't load in Logic Pro X 1.0.4

I installed Waves Tune and tried to get it to work in Logic Pro X 1.0.4. However, it looks like Logic isn't loading the plugin. When I check the AU Manager both Waves entries are unchecked. When I check them I get the following error:

I know a previous of Waves Tune version worked perfectly a couple of months ago. Since then I've upgraded to Mavericks and I think Logic had some updates too. And Waves themselves have released a new version of their suite, which should be Mavericks compatible.

Of course I also contacted Waves Support, but maybe anyone in this forum has some idea?

So I contacted Waves Support and they said their installer is currently broken. Some files are missing when you install Waves Tune. However, when you also install their RS56 Passive EQ plugin it will be fixed. Here's the answer I got. By the way: the claim that Waves Tune is not supported on Logic Pro X doesn't seem to match with the fact that they list Logic Pro 10.0.4 as supported hosts...

Note: Waves Tune is not officially supported on Logoc Pro-X as stated in our supported hosts page.

You should at list see it in the plug-in list.

In our latest installer (V9r14) there is a known issue related to the Waves Tune.

Please follow these steps in order to solve this issue:

1.
Download and run the V9 installer from Waves site. (Click on the MAC icon if you are using MAC or the WINDOWS icon if you are using PC).

2.
During installation follow on screen instructions and when getting to the products check box listwindow, choose only RS56. (Scroll down to the bottom of the list and unfold the Single Plug-Ins list, the RS56 will be found there).

3.
Follow on screen instructions to complete the installation.

4.
MAC – go to: systemHD\Applications\Waves\Waves Plug-ins

PC – go to: C\Program Files(x86)\Waves\Waves Plug-ins

Delete the file RS56.bundle located in the Waves Plug-ins folder.

This process will write some missing files for the Waves Tune
