how to attach voice memo on my ipod touch to webmail

I have a voice memo on my iPod Touch that I want to transfer to my Mac Mini. The logical way to do this would be to email it to myself, but I do not have an email program installed on my iPod Touch. I tried instead to attach it to an email using Webmail, but when I attempted to locate the voice memo, the only place I could do a search was in my Webmail folders. How can I make my iPod Touch point to my Voice Memo folder?
