I just upgraded from iphone 3g to 5c and have apps on the 3g i did not purchase through itunes. How can I transfer these apps to my new iphone 5c?

I just upgraded to iphone 5c from the 3g. How can I transfer apps on the 3g (that were not purchased through itunes) onto my iphone 5c? They do not exist in the cloud or on itunes, they remain on my iphone 3g.
