Adding a mail recipient icon to my Word toolbar?
My wife's MacBook Air has an icon in Word that allows clicking on it to send a document via mail. Please le me know how to add this icon on my MacBook Pro.

In Word:
View > Toolbars > Customize Toolbars and Menus > Commands
Under Categories, choose "All Commands" or "File" option. ("File" will make the next step faster.)
Scroll down until you find "E-mail (as HTML)..." and "E-mail (as Attachment)..." entries.
Drag the one(s) you want onto a toolbar or menu.
Click OK.
