I currently have Mac Os X version 10.5.8 and it will not let me update to the newest itunes. What do I need to be able to update to the newest itunes?

Hi,

You need to upgrade to the next OS 10.6 Snow Leopard by purchasing the DVD online.

and once installed, use Software Update

- to update to 10.6.8

- and then update your iTunes.
