rented movies don't download

Also the rental tab is enabled to begin with?

Pray tell , what ? Where? Is " a video tab"????

I sure as heck don't have a rented Tab in Videos app. In fact I don't even have a Movies tab. Just TV Shows and Music Videos. I think my 'Videos' app is broken but I can't delete it and it doesn't automatically get fixed/updated with OS updates. I have 'Rented' 'Home Movies' options on Mac but even though iPhone is up to date and synced I don't have those options on the phone. iPhone 6, MacBook Air, all up to date (iOS8, Yosemite).
