Trouble after new update

Once I've updated the software, I have no input on the TV

Apple TV, iOS 7.0.4

Ok, I will tray to explain exactly what happened: Turned on my AppleTV, updated the software, as usual it reseted and the apple logo appeared (normal until this point) after that the TV just went black, I moved form one of the TV ports and back to the HDMI port, and the message "no input signal" was there although the AppleTV was still on. I disconnected and re-connected, agin the apple appeared and went black again with the same input message.
