After recent OS update can't access Wiki Server.

Question

After recent OS update can't access Wiki Server.

Was able to access Wiki on our server before the install, but afterwards all we get is the following.

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access / on this server.

Any ideas?

Server version 3.0.1-OTHER, OS X Mavericks (10.9)

After some more research, we have learned that we can't access any of our websites too. Every website has the "403 Forbidden" error. How can we fix it?
