Q: What Is an iPhone Backup password?

My phone is telling me to enter my iPhone back up password is that a different passowrd or the same password I use to unlock my phone on a daily basis

iPhone 5, iOS 7.0.4

You are being asked for a different password than you use to unlock your iPhone.

You have established an encryption password for your backup in iTunes. That's what you're being asked to provide.
