iPhone 5 Battery and Buttons

I purchased my iPhone 5 last year december from online apple store in Dubai. Currently facing multiple issues

- Volume and Sleep/wake buttons not working from last 2 months

- Battery performance is far below par hardly work 4-5 hours. Sometimes turn off at 40% and when put on charge give me 20% of battery.

- iPhone screen is coming out from frame at left (near volume button, i doubt its due to expanded battery putting pressure on screen)

Now i didnt found any service for iPhone in Dubai as per Apple website. I am currently residing in Pakistan but can send phone to Dubai for repair. Can anyone tell me which problems will be fixed in warrantly free of cost and which i need to pay for. Anyone who can guide me for apple repair services in dubai.
