Apple TV either reboots every hour or video plays but audio stops

What is going on? This is a Apple 3 (whatever the newest is)TV i have a superb WIFI connection. This happens when I am playing Netflix

iPhone 4S, iOS 5.1

If your Apple TV is restarting unexpectedly, try restoring it to factory settings using the steps in this article:

I'm sorry after these changes the problem still exists. It seems to be a bit better but does it once an hour if watching a show

I have the same problem with ATV 2 when using netflix, audio stops, and ATV2 reboots by itself

I have reseted AT to factory settings and the problem continues

I have noticed movies on itunes are ok, but when I play Netflix the issue starts
