Live performing and software instruments combining.

Hello! My rock band is going to use garageband for live performance and we need to use different software instrument during single song, using single midi-keybord. How is it possible to combine different instruments on one track? Or there is a better way for live performance? I saw how to add midi files on keybord keys, but this is not what i need. Thank you!

Each software instrument track can only be set to play one instrument. If your want to switch between instruments while playing your keyword, you need to set up a different track for each instrument and then switch between intruments by selecting a different track. If you connect a midi keyboard, GarageBand will play it using the currently selected software instrument track,
