get rid off extra language

Hello

I'm always have the same problem with the langage option almost every time I power on the mac pro the american language is set to on. I' oblige to go on the pref system and check french an the click on the menu bar french. So it's borring and I didn't find any solutions.

How, to be easyer, I can delet all the language in the system to keep only french and english?

I use rencently MONOLUNGUAL, thinking it will be the job, but it don't touch the Montain lion system language :-(

Is some one has an idea for solve my problem?
