yesterday, i have deleted a video from my Ipod, but i absolutely want to recover it, so i tried already 5 software but it's not free (it has to be free because i'm quite young ... )
This file is really important for me, how can i recover it ?

- i don't have backup on my Ipod (i don't find it :/)

Then you will have to pay and purchase the recovery software. Data recovery software is never free - how would the campanies that develop those tools ever make any money if they just gave it away?
They let you run a demo so you can at least see if they find any potentially recoverable files in the first place, before you buy the full software package. If it found something, and you'd like to try and recover it, you will now have to purchase the full progam.
If you do not have a backup of the file somewhere, then a for-fee data recovery program or service is your only real option.
