poor video on external display

Hey I am having real poor vidoe on external display.

I am using late 2015 15 inch mac book pro with connected hp 24 inch. Text is is in realy bad shap. its connected via dp.

I was using 2009 mini mac and video is ok.

any idea how to ficx that ?
