Accessibility feature asking for re-authorization though it was enabled for my app on Mavericks

Dear Members.

We have an Application which requires Accessibility check enabled.(On Mavericks)

After Enabling the Accessibility from System Preferences > Security & Privacy > Privacy > Accessibility.

And performing the operation. The Accessibility check is again disabled.

Has anybody faced same issue?

What could be reason?

OS X Mavericks (10.9)

If something in your application bundle is being modified (an AppleScript, for example), it will be seen as a different application and will need to be reauthorized.

Thanks.

Yes some files in the resources were being used to save some user data.

After changing there location the issue was resolved.
