ServiceType is Invalid error during the MDM CSR upload

Hello!

Currently I'm working on iOS MDM Server implementation and running into a real trouble.

I've been following steps as pointed here http://avibirnale.blogspot.ru/2013/05/mdm-development-configuration-for-ios.html and here http://www.softhinker.com/in-the-news/iosmdmvendorcsrsigning,

I get all of these certificates and stuff and then making the CSR with java-code provided by Softhinker.

Then I upload the signed_plist to https://identity.apple.com/pushcert/ and get this error:

ServiceType is Invalid.

Invalid service type null

That's all I get!

Anyone has ideas?
