Click Reset all dialog warnings.
Note that iTune swill only delete ongs if they are in the iTunes medai folder location shown in iTunes prefs > Advanced.

iTunes asks whether you want to delete the music files from the drive only when you're deleting from Library/Music, the main music file near the top of the left sidebar.
It won't ask that question if you're deleting from a playlist.

It will if you Shift Delete (Windows) or Option Delete (Mac).
