Can I replace my earphones for a smaller size or different model?

The headphones I got with my 5 are to big. They hurt to wear for longer than like 3 songs. Is there a smaller size or a different model I can get. I really like the music quality but they are to big to wear comfortably. The only other other headphones I have are huge over ear green beats so I really need some more discreet headphones. Im an aspiring musician so I listen to music a lot and it ***** cause my two options are huge obnoxious green beats or earphones that hurt like ****.
