10GB other in SSD come from?

I'm restore Macbook Pro retina 2013 OSX 10.9 finish.I open About This Mac check Store.but what 10GB Other? I want to know 10GB Other come from?

Don't worry about 10 GB in Other. "Other" includes everything that is not audio, movies, photos, apps and backups, and includes OS X itself. See http://pondini.org/OSX/LionStorage.html

You can delete whatever you want, provided it is your email, calendars, contacts, documents etc. But you won't have them any more if you do.

Don't delete other peoples data.
