iTunes and Hue compatibility.

When I have my Phillips Hue "bridge" plugged into my airport extreme and I try and rent a movie through my Apple TV all I get is the message that "iTunes is currently unavailable." But when I unplug it and turn the power off to it I can rent movies no problem. I bought a longer ethernet cable and have moved the bridge as far away from the Airport Extreme as possible, but that doesn't seem to help.
