So I had tooken some pictures and videos off of my phone from this game I was at. My friend had accidently deleted some after looking over them. I've been looking for ways to get them back but I can't any solutions. Sadly I didnt get a chance to back them up.

Without a backup of the phone to iTunes or iCloud prior to deleting the photos/video, there is no way to recover them. If they were backed up, then you could restore to that backup.
Was your phone backed up after the game but before the deletion?
You can restore from that backup.
If you do not use iCloud, iTunes will backup automatically before syncing.
