iCloud/ical calendars

Hello

I am trying to set up an office-wide calendar for my office. I have made the calendar and invited users (with their own apple IDs) to it. We are all using Mountain Lion.

Is there a way that each of the users can view the calendars in iCal? Currently they can only view them on the icloud website.
